The Hintertux Glacier in Austria, normally open 365 days a year, will soon reopen for winter sports. The area unexpectedly closed this past summer due to a lack of demand for summer skiing. Now that fresh snow has fallen, Hintertux announced via Instagram that they will soon reopen the slopes.
